3.6.0 – 2025 May 28

New features

  • Adjustable values in simulations
In free simulations, the values of the elements can now be changed directly in the simulation: Elements in bar view can be adjusted using sliders, while the value of elements in numerical display can be changed by entering text. Each value change automatically creates a pulse in the current round, which is processed in the next time step. In scenario simulations, the direct value change is deactivated unless the creation of free impulses is activated.

Fixed bugs

  • Improved error display when embedding unsupported files
  • The width of the simulation progress bar now matches the width of the bar again
  • The formatting of impossible values no longer causes the evaluation diagram to crash.
  • The values of the delay function in formulas now reflect the initial value if a value would be queried before the start of the simulation.
  • Simulations with deleted costs and actions should now be better supported.
  • Actions that have no requirements or effects can now be duplicated without any problems.
  • The processing of flow branches is now more accurate.
  • When deleting elements that are set as resource consumption, the resource consumption is now also deleted correctly.

Other improvements

  • The dimensions of the value bar of the elements have been standardized.
  • When hovering over a bracket of a formula, the intermediate result of the bracket is displayed.
  • The width of the element bars can now optionally be extended to the full width of the element.
  • The title of the elements can now be aligned horizontally.
  • The element state color scale can now be generated based on the two outermost values.
  • The section headers in the simulation log now remain pinned to the top when scrolling.
  • Settings that are no longer relevant have been removed from the settings menu.
  • The reason for triggering an event is now displayed more coherently.
