Fixed bugs

• The app no longer crashes during synchronization processes involving large amounts of data.
• Elements can now be moved directly without having to select them first.

Other improvements

• Longer synchronization processes can now be tracked via an information bar.
• Moving operations in lists are now only started after a small movement. This should make it easier to click on list entries.
• Folders can now be renamed by double-clicking.
