Fixed bugs

• Rotated shapes are now correctly captured by the selection frame.
• Elements can now be moved again using the arrow keys.
• The content of the drop-down menus for quarters and half-years is correct again.
• The currently open folder is now preselected again in the model duplication pop-up.

Other improvements

• The compression process during saving has been improved, so that models with a lot of system data (e.g., elements, relationships, interventions, simulations, etc.) will be significantly smaller in the future and can be loaded faster.
