Fixed bugs

• Standard pulses now have 2 decimal places of accuracy again.
• When editing units in the network, the value line of elements no longer wraps.

Other improvements

• The positioning of the text cursor in text modules in the network now works better.
• Editable value fields in the network are now slightly highlighted when hovering over them.
