Fixed bugs

• The correct data is now visible again in the ‘Effect’ bar chart.
• The information for the elements can now be displayed again by right-clicking. This affects the intervention area, simulation area and analysis area.
• The excess white space in the lower footer when the view menu is hidden has been removed.
• The hover notes for the formula components in the index info window now show the value based on the standard element data when we are in a non-simulation-related area (effect network or interventions).
