Fixed bugs

• If the visibility settings for an event specify that its effects should not be displayed, this now also applies to the impulse value display in the effect network (as with actions).
• Flows are no longer triggered incorrectly before the first simulation round.
• If a selection dialog is closed by clicking in an input field, the selection dialog field is no longer automatically focused: the focus remains in the clicked input field.
